New Years day of 2009 22 year Oscar Grant was shot and killed when a Bart Police Officer who claimed that he mistakenly reach for his hand gun instead of his stun gun. This tragedy was witnessed by many on the bart transit train and even filmed with camera phones showing the live footage. July 8 2010 the Verdict was reached that Officer Mehserie will be Charged with Involuntary Manslaughter and will only serve 2-4 years with a possibilty of only having to serve probation. The City of Oakland is in a up Roar and Demands Justice for Oscar Grant. No Justice No Peace.
